Debuted - Now. Wearing it to DC '09 with the whole family as Judges.
Helmet - Souviner Batting helmet with cardboard build up covered with fiberglass. Visor, safety visor with auto window tint. Badge, cast with Hot Glue
Shoulder Eagle - Eagle top cast from hot glue, feathers, thick foamies over cardboard base.
Left shoulder pauldron - Exercize mat ofver cardboard base.
Body suit - Eastbay compression shirt and pants. Was going to do something leatherish, but I'm making 3 of these and time and $$$ are becoming an issue.
Badge - Cast in hot glue.
Elbow pads - Vinyl over foam padding.
Belt - 10 pocket ammo belt. Nu-Lifed to match.
Buckle - Made by me out of hot glue.
Gloves - Rubbies' Fantastic 4 with vinyl gaunlets and pouches. Knuckles and buttons, hot glue.
Knee pads - Great Stuff foam carved to shape and covered with lycra, painted with primer, plastic paint, and Nu-Life.
Boots - Jedi boots with thick foamies toe and heal pieces. Holster and pouch, vinyl.

Made of styrene, foamies and hot glue.
