For Halloween, I went as Pam Poovey, HR director at ISIS. It was simple and fun. The costume was mostly store-bought clothes and items I had around the house. For the hair, I made a Bump-it from a stocking and blonde weave hair. I attached it to my hair and used spray-in color to match the blonde. The dolphin puppet was ordered online.
