I've always been a fan of the Trapster. Something about the costume design is just cool.
The wrist and sholder containers are PVC pipe and vending machine capsules. The gun is from Toys 'r Us. The glue tanks were made from four children's toy bats and a lot of PVC and related connectors. Belt came from the Batman Begins belt stash in my basement. Helmet was made from frozen punch containers.
The suit didn't turn out like I had hoped. I tried to find purple coverals, but didn't have any luck. I ordered a white pair and decided to try to dye them. This was either dye attempt two or three. Every color came out too light. Next time I need something like this, I'm going to attempt to sew coveralls.
It was fun to wear, but no one seemed to know who I was. I figured comic book people would at least recognize the Trapster. I think three people took my picture (and two of them were friends LOL). The third picture was taken with two little kids after the group photoshoot. They seemed to think that it was pretty cool, so that was fun.
