DEADPOOL CONGA FAQs:
WHERE: Starting in the Lobby, Hilton Atlanta.
WHEN: Departing Saturday no later than 5:40.
Are there any rules? -- Yes and No. First and most importantly, have fun and enable others to have fun. Secondly, don't be a dick. If you have any questions about either of these rules, contact me directly. Lastly, please listen to the Lady Deadpool in the yellow x-men uniform. Everything I do is to enable the conga to continue, us not to be thrown out of the hotels/con, and for the fun of all, I promise.
What kind of costume is required? -- anything recognizable as Deadpool and any Deadpool cohorts are permitted. Deadpool mask highly encouraged.
I want the whole group to XYZ123 during the conga, can we? -- While I encourage everyone to take an active role in the group, it gets very difficult, very quickly to contain the madness. Thus, if you want to do something special for a photo or a video I STRONGLY encourage you to organize it and do it BEFORE we leave for the conga or AFTER while we congregate at the Hilton Steps. To reiterate, the conga will be departing promptly at 5:40.
Do I need to be attending DragonCon to participate in the Conga? -- Yes. Badges will likely be checked as we move from hotel to hotel. No badge means you will likely be stopped and unable to continue. Please don't halt the conga.
How long does the Conga take? -- As long as you want to be there. You can jump into and out of the conga as you please.
What about pictures? -- We are ambushing Bryan Humphrey: Mad Scientist with a Camera for professional photos. They will be posted on both the event page and the facebook group. Additionally, we're promoting the hashtag #dragonpool2015 to better enable finding our photos later. Everyone is encouraged to share their photos post-con on a thread to be posted and pinned later
I want to help!! Can I? -- YES. I need people to help pass out business cards at con as well as to serve as light beacon bearers. I would love anyone with a fancy camera to join, and volunteer cat herders are always needed. Please contact me directly if there is some special way you'd like to contribute to the conga!
